1. The agreement

By using eleganzaboutiquega.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We work to keep product descriptions and prices accurate; if an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipment.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. We may cancel and refund an order for suspected fraud, stock errors, or address problems we cannot resolve with you.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping is charged at $8 Standard, free over $70, and $15 Express, as set out in the Shipping Policy. Returns are accepted for 30 days from delivery under the conditions in the Refund Policy. Both policies are part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, and branding — belongs to Eleganza Boutique and may not be reused without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
