How long do I have to return a dress?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached; start the return by emailing support@eleganzaboutiquega.com with your order number, and the Refund Policy in the footer carries the full conditions.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping, except when the error is ours — a wrong, damaged or defective item ships back at our cost. There is no restocking fee either way.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8, free on orders over $70, and Express is $15 — the same numbers you will see at checkout and in the Shipping Policy. Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time are processed the same business day.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and transit takes 4–8 business days with Standard shipping, so most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase.
What sizes do you carry?
Most dresses run XXS–XXL or US numeric 0–16, and each product page lists exactly which sizes that dress comes in. The Size Guide page maps our letter sizes to US numeric sizes.
