Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States.

2. Rates

Standard shipping is $8. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time are processed the same business day; orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day.

4. Transit time

Standard shipping takes 4–8 business days in transit after processing. Most orders therefore arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not arrived within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder and then email support@eleganzaboutiquega.com.

6. Problems in transit

If an order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email support@eleganzaboutiquega.com with your order number within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking, and we will replace the item or refund you.
